By default, the Collaboration property page will make a direct HTTP connection on behalf of the user to the remote servers hosting the collaborating vaults for the selected documents. When this is not desirable, for example, due to security considerations, the status query can be done via the local server instead. To achieve this, add the VBScript code from the file C:\Program Files (x86)\BC-Meridian\Program\GCF\Configuration\Server2Server.bas to the event script of the vault.
